Sample Supports
We offer various supporting tables with XY-translation function, tilting function and/or combinations of one or two support stages with a phase shifter for e.g. interferometers with the INTOMATIK-N software package. Furthermore, support flanges for autocollimators and a converter for the MELOS 530 measuring combination are available.

Radius Measurement Unit
We offer the appropriate equipment for radius measurement of spherical surfaces in vertical and horizontal setups. Note: The radius measuring equipment for the horizontal setup is specially designed for the interferometer VI direct series and cannot be used with other products.
