Mirrors

Mirrors

Product description

We offer various mirrors and polygon mirrors for use with our visual and electronic autocollimators as accessories for measurements of straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelism of guideways and measuring tables, wobble and positioning accuracy of rotary and indexing tables.

Mirrors D63 in Mount

Mirrors D63 in Mount

Height to mirror center: 55 mm

Note: Can be used with the 100/50 base or with the magnetic base for measuring straightness, squareness, parallelism or flatness. More detailed information can be found below.
Base and Stop Bar

Base and Stop Bar

Can be used with a D63 mirror in socket for straightness, squareness, parallelism and flatness measurements. Height to mirror center: 100 mm

Magnetic Base

Magnetic Base

Can be used with mirror D63 in socket to fix the mirror to magnetic surfaces. Height to mirror center: 100 mm

Mirror D40 with Magnetic Base

Mirror D40 with Magnetic Base

The ideal mirror for measurements of slim guideways, on magnetic surfaces and for squareness measurement of vertical setups in combination with a pentaprism. Straightness measurement in x and y direction is also possible with a specially developed side bar. Height to mirror center: 43.5 mm

Unmonted Mirrors

Unmonted Mirrors

All mirrors on request only.
Parallel mirror 2 for refractive index measurement with the GONIOMAT series

Parallel mirror 2 for refractive index measurement with the GONIOMAT series

The refractive index measurement according to Abbe is possible for refractive angles up to arcsin(1/n). This limits the refractive angle to approx. 42°. For refractive index measurements at angles between 40° and 60°, measurements must be made against a plane-parallel double-sided mirror.

Adjustable Mirror D63 with Magnetic Clamp

Adjustable Mirror D63 with Magnetic Clamp

Adjustable mirror for use as auxiliary or deflecting mirror Adjustment range: ± 2.5° in both axes Mounting is possible on a magnetic surface or with 4x M4 screws.

Polygon Mirrors

Polygon Mirrors

Angular standard for measuring the rotatory position uncertainty of indexing and rotary tables. Free diameter of the mirror: 38 mm (8-surface polygon) 25 mm (12-surface polygon)

Note: For determining the position uncertainty of indexing and rotary tables, our polygon mirrors are perfectly suited in combination with our electronic autocollimators.
Adjustable Mirror D100

Adjustable Mirror D100

For use as auxiliary or turning mirror with an adjustment range ± 2° in both axes. Height of optical axis: approx. 100 mm
