Product description
For the product Interferometer VI direct series are an optical expansion system (expander optics) from clear aperture 100 mm onto 150 mm and a attenuator for intense reflecting specimens in horizontal set-up (radius measurement unit) available. Note: The expander optics and the attenuator cannot be used with other products!
Optical Expansion System
We offer on request an expanding optics for the interferometer VI direct 100 to extend the free aperture from 100 mm to 150 mm. Thus, specimens with a diameter of up to 150 mm can be examined. The expander optics can be used e.g. with the reference plate D 150.
Note: The expander optics is specially designed for the interferometer VI direct 100 and any other use is not recommended.
Attenuator
The attenuator can be used to reduce the reflected signal of a specimen into an interferometer by a horizontal set-up.
